Brush Fence with Gate in Wahroonga

To meet the clients budget requirements, NSBF were able to re-use the frame from the previous fence. This frame acted as a base for the new fence and NSBF were able to amend it to provide a brush fence with functioning gate.

In addition to the front fence, this job involved brush fencing along the 40m driveway (seen in the picture below up to the right). The driveway fence was shared with a neighbour and both parties were very happy with the process and the end result.

The clients and real estate agent were elated at the new fencing and how it enhanced the property’s appeal. This resulted in the house selling within its first week on the market. We believe that the secure, durable (and good looking) fence helped secure the sale so quickly.
